Can I purchase more than one Block Paddle?

Each Face Lifter Kit includes one Block Paddle.  You are able to add additional paddle(s) to your order.

Can I purchase a Block Paddle without the Face Lifter Program?

Yes, the Block Paddle is available for purchase as an individual item with no programs included.  If you want to use Block Therapy content with your Block Paddle there are two options:

1) Purchase the Block Paddle with the Face Lifter Kit. This program has content that focuses on the face and neck and is a one-time purchase.

2) Purchase a  Membership Subscription.  Block Paddle classes were added to the Membership content in September 2025.  This content does not focus on the face, but rather targets Block Paddle use on the body.

Why is the Starter Kit recommended when I just want to focus on the face?

Without a deep understanding of breath and body mechanics, focusing solely on the face won’t yield lasting results or the full spectrum of benefits. This tool and program serve as a perfect complement to the Starter Program, enhancing your journey toward sustainable transformation.  We strongly recommend completing the Starter Program before moving to the Face Lifter Program classes.
