4. Fully type your email (please do not let it auto populate)
5. Fully type your password (please do not let it auto populate or come from a saved password application).
6. Please try the following on different devices as well.
7. If all of these do not work, please take a screenshot and send it to [e-mail] and we will send this onto our tech team to look into.
