How do I participate in the 30-Day Full Body Reset Challenge?

If you have an active Membership subscription, you will see the 30-Day Full Body Reset Challenge in your Blocktherapy.tv account.  Once you are logged in, you will find the challenge in the large banner at the top of the page.  It is also available under the What's New and Daily Guided Programs headings in your account.
