You absolutely can practice Block Therapy™ if you are pregnant.
We recommend that you avoid using the Block Buddy™ around the belly, but continue to use it everywhere else, as long as you can breathe easily through the positions. Block Therapy™ will improve the blood and oxygen flow throughout the body.
When you are in labor, you can sit in a chair with the Block Buddy™ against your lower back to help relieve the pain.
Block Therapy™ will definitely help with keeping the pelvis and hips aligned and flexible. If you have the Starter Program just follow along with the videos (still avoiding the belly area).
