I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Block Therapy has two platforms:

Blocktherapy.tv - where you view your programs and purchase or renew membership subscriptions

Blocktherapy.com - our webstore where you purchase programs and merchandise

You will have separate login credentials for these two platforms.

BlockTherapy.tv is our content streaming platform.  This is where you access the programs you have purchased and where you purchase and manage subscriptions to our membership content.  

To reset your password on BlockTherapy.tv

1. Go to BlockTherapy.tv
2. Enter your email address to start the login process
3. Click Set new password

You will be sent a password reset link by email from [e-mail].

Please check your junk/spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox within 15 minutes.

BlockTherapy.com is our webstore.  This is where you purchase programs and access the invoices for those purchases.

1. Go to BlockTherapy.com
2. Enter your email address to start the login process
3. Click Lost your password?

You will be sent a reset link by email from [e-mail]
