Here are some tips to get the videos playing for you:
- Let the Video Buffer - To help play the video - click on the 'play' button to get the buffering started and then pause it. Wait for about 30 seconds to let the buffering go ahead of the video. Then hit 'play' again, and it should be far enough ahead that you can watch the video.
- Clear your browser's cache - This often helps resolve issues, please see this guide if you need assistance. This helpful guide shows you how to clear the cache of the many popular browsers like Chrome, Safari, Opera or Firefox.
- Make sure your browser is up to date - Visit whatismybrowser.com to see what browser you are using and if it needs updating. Follow the steps there on how to update your browser if it is out of date.
- Change the Video Quality - Our video player might be playing at too high of a quality for your Internet to handle. By default our video player is set to "Auto" and is usually very good at guessing, but it can sometimes be wrong. Choose the Gear Icon on the video player, and choose "240p".
This will greatly lower the quality of the video, but if it helps your video to stream correctly, we've found the culprit of the slow video. You can start moving up from 240p to 360p, 540p etc., to find which quality your Internet works best with.
